As the new Student Assistant, Marketing Launch Excellence EMEA you will be joining a team at the frontline of WSA brands’ commercial impact, engaging with affiliates across the EMEA Region to plan, coordinate and execute the launch initiatives. You will learn a lot about:

What you will do
- Collaborate with a vibrant team of Marketers and Business Development specialists across the EMEA Region, from Global and Local roles.
- Support the planning of their products and campaigns, by providing information, clarifying questions, and collecting market feedback.
- Put together several local plans (quantitative business and qualitative marketing actions) and consolidate them into a coherent sum up, with key insights and action proposals.
- Slice this sum up in different ways to generate various reports for different audiences and purposes.
- Deliver the key messages in face-to-face meetings, video calls, and written.
- Support the launch tracking and reporting for the initial period of sales.
- Ensure the evolving expectations of the key launch stakeholders are clear before, during and after the release of the new products and campaigns.
What you bring
Experience
You are enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's program. Typical relevant studies would be Marketing, Business, International Business or Engineering. Typical schools would be CBS or BSS, among others.
You possess good Microsoft Office skills (incl. Excel and pivot tables, PowerPoint). Proficiency in PowerBI is advantageous.
We value candidates with experience or education in project management.
Proficiency in German or French is advantageous.

- Ability to understand and summarize complex messages into accessible ones.
- Ability to adjust the message to different audiences.
- Prioritizing customer needs while maintaining the capacity to assert evidence-based viewpoints during discussions.
- Ability to bring structure and discipline as team coordinator, driving a methodical and steady execution of the assigned tasks.
- Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing, as it is the corporate language.
