About the role
We are looking for a Site HSE Advisor to join our team of 40 passionate professionals in Site HSE & Construction Management. As a team, we are working on improving the health and safety environments at our site and eliminate all unsafe work. Your role will be key in being responsible for consulting with contractor personnel and the construction management team to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes governing environmental, health and safety as well as industry standards. As such, you’ll be responsible for addressing HSE issues whenever onsite work is scheduled.

How you might spend your days
As Site HSE Advisor, you’ll:
- Implement the Site-Specific Safety Plan (SSSP) and ensure contractor compliance.
- Facilitate effective HSE communication between NNE, contractors, and clients.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, report observations, and manage HSE risks.
- Continuously improve safety standards and HSE guidelines.
- Audit and monitor contractor HSE programs and ensure compliance.
- Investigate incidents and ensure remedial actions are taken.
- Organize and participate in Health and Safety training for relevant personnel.

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- Relevant HSE experience as HSE in construction.
- IT software relevant user experience.
- Mandatory “Danish Arbejdsmiljø uddannelse” / AMK-P/B 5days course is appreciated.
- You speak and write English. Danish speaking and writing is advantage.
