Join us as our new Strategy Manager, Planetary Health Biosolutions
In Planetary Health Biosolutions, we work with our customers to secure a healthier planet. Our biosolutions can reduce the use of energy, chemicals, and water – and they can help our customers get more out of less. We have a wide range of biosolutions in the many industries we are covering, spanning household care, agriculture, energy and technical industries.

You will join the Strategy Deployment team, a highly skilled multinational team. You will report to the Senior Director of Strategy Deployment, Planetary Health.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

• Facilitating an effective Planetary Health Leadership Team (PHB LT):
  • Support PHB LT decision making by bringing insights and own perspectives
  • Define and drive PHB LT governance, annual wheel and WoW
  • Drive priority setting process for PHB (and PHB LT) and tracking
  • Secure strong communication to/from PHB LT
  • Prepare, participate and follow-up on PHB LT meetings
• Executing strategic projects to enable divisional objectives. Examples: Divisional strategy roll-out, driving specific must win battles, integration activities,…
• Acting as right hand to Planetary Health Executive Vice President for selected external and internal engagements (townhalls, regional engagement). And drive divisional leadership community.
  
• Driving, together with finance, strategic resource allocation across division
  

To succeed you must hold:

• Strategic Thinking
• Flair for financials and attention to detail
• Collaborative
• Strong communicator, written (ppt) and verbally, including C-level communication
• Thrives in high pace work environment
• Proactive and independent
• Fluent in English
• These characteristics are typically acquired through a masters degree in business or scientific discipline, and some years of experience
