Role overview

The CoE Supply Chain Team, consisting of 20 Financial Planning and Analytics Analysts, has been assembled to support pricing processes as a centralized competence center for ISC and Local Supply Companies in the Western Europe region. The team's main responsibilities are executing product costing, month-end closing processes, financial planning in agreed timelines, and supporting local and central Finance Team in business-relevant analysis.

What you’ll be doing

  • playing a key role in monthly and quarterly closing processes including preparation and analysis of variance reports, cost allocation, ABC calculation, and reporting;
  • supporting the yearly budget process and ensuring that harmonized processes are followed;
  • reviewing and analyzing performance vs budget, latest estimate, and last year from the end-to-end perspective (in collaboration with procurement, planning, master data, supply chain, and commercial entities);
  • ensuring financial processes run with high quality;
  • participation in ongoing changes, improvements, projects, and ad-hoc analysis;
  • close cooperation with key stakeholders;
  • ensuring financial processes run flawlessly with high quality.

What we’re looking for
We are looking for a person who:

  • presents good communication skills, and can collaborate with stakeholders across the organization;
  • has 1-3 years of professional experience in Finance or Accounting with a good knowledge of financial controlling processes and data analysis;
  • has a University degree in Finance;
  • has a proficiency in written and spoken English;
  • navigates easily in Office365 environment and has advanced hands-on knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI;
  • has previously worked with SAP FI/CO; BW/BI;
  • is a team player who proactively collaborates and strives for solutions that are win-win-win for the company, for the colleagues, and himself/herself;
  • is analytically strong, cares about the success of the business and its people, and is ready to go ‘the extra mile’ to deliver and track the results;
  • quickly moves ideas to action, completes plans and projects with quality, drives the company’s agenda
