We are in the search of a new colleague to join the Salesforce team, one who will work as Senior Salesforce Tech Lead and deliver exciting IT solutions within Sales, Service, CPQ and Marketing Cloud.

Your new role | what will you do | take ownership
Come and join a full stack IT Salesforce delivery organization. In the team we prioritize having fun, helping each other and delivering awesome Salesforce solutions in close collaboration with our stakeholders in Sales, Customer Service and Marketing. What will you be part of?

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Architect/Tech Lead to lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that align with our business objectives and future growth
• Ensure our solutions are robust, scalable and aligned across our enterprise architectural landscape so our solutions effectively address priorities and our desired way of working.
• Lead the technical implementation of our solutions incl. doing hands-on development yourself and providing recommendations on solution approach, validation, technical review and support to the team. (scope includes both larger business critical CRM projects, features as well as fixing incremental change requests, bugs and incidents across Sales, Service, CPQ and Marketing Cloud.)
• Perform solution design documentation, compliance and enforce best practices in design, coding, integration patterns and deployment procedures
• The role includes contributing with the end-2-end development from backlog planning, clarifying, refining, estimating, design, configuration/coding, testing and deploying within a SAFe PI based delivery cycle

Who you are | Salesforce hands on experience

• Software engineering academic background
• Multiple years of proven skills as Salesforce architect and/or Senior Developer and/or Consultant
• Relevant Certifications within Salesforce or equivalent experience to document your experience (Sales- and Service Cloud is must and ideally also CPQ and Marketing Cloud experience)
• Solid experience of best practice agile software delivery, CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Experience with the Salesforce data model, APEX, HTML, Javascript coding, relevant automations mechanisms, building flows, triggers, LWC’s
• Experience and/or knowledge of integrating Salesforce into the general IT landscape via API’s and platform/connected apps
