STARK IT is looking for a Senior Business Analyst for our Sales App team

We are looking for a strong Business Analyst to join our team supporting the sales functions of the business. You will take a central role in the team by supporting the business in the translation of business needs into IT Requirements. You will be on the forefront working with both central stakeholders as well as end-users. Your responsibilities will include:

• Writing of both functional and non-functional requirements documentation

• Liaising with end users to define business requirements.

• Define the gap between current state and target for new solutions.

• Analyse requirements and create specifications to clearly define the requirements of any new solution and enhancements to existing products.

• Assist the product design team with process flows, wireframes and other deliverables to drive design and development.

• Assist the Product Owner with defining and refining features for the development team

• Ensure that own deliverables are delivered to agreed timescales, quality and costs by working closely with key stakeholders.

• Provide resolution and actions on all deliverables that are at risk of being outside what has been agreed and recommend corrective actions.

• Develop test cases for new functionality and support the QA team

Team player with drive and high degree of professionalism
You will be a great match for STARK if you:

• Have knowledge of sales in the retail sector

• Demonstrates a broad experience in a technology product development and delivery environment (and/or applications development)

• Experience of working in an IT environments

• Proven track record in business analysis including capturing requirements and solution design

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals throughout the business

• You are driven by solving your own tasks to agreed quality and deadlines

• You have an open and honest form of communication with colleagues and stakeholders

• You are goal-oriented, action-oriented and communicates directly and clearly

• You speak and write Danish and English fluently
