We are recruiting a Transformation Lead to a biopharma company based in Denmark. It is specifically focused around Tech Transfers and you would be responsible for driving the improvement work on both the technical and cultural side.

This is a high profile project sanctioned by the senior leadership and you would also have the possibility to present in front of them eventually. So there will be plenty of exposure and you can be sure that you can also take credit for your work.

It is a larger organization meaning the stakeholder management is key. You are part of a core group of 6 people in the project team but you will be in touch with upwards of 50 people in the broader organization in order to assess and implement the needed changes.

This is a genuinely fast growing company, meaning that there are 8 ongoing/incoming tech transfer projects at the moment. The main challenge is to find ways to scale the current processes and they believe a lot of this is on the organizational side. So the challenge will be both technical but in particular to find smarter ways of working and getting all relevant departments onboard.

This position is located in and around the Copenhagen area. English is the company language though so Danish is not a requirement.

Given the scope of this position we are looking for someone with either 10-15 years of technical industry experience, including extensive tech transfer experience as well as change management. Alternatively, you may also have an extensive consulting background but have transitioned or worked extensively with the pharmaceutical industry and has technical knowledge of GMP manufacturing environments (drug substance or drug product as an examples).
