You will be part of an organisation responsible for communicating with Arla’s external stakeholders as well as Arla’s more than 21,000 employees and 8,000 farmer owners.

How you will make an impact

You will be working in this varied role with lots of different stakeholders across the Arla organisation. In short you will:

• Support to the SVP for Corporation Communication driving the relevant agendas at the leadership meetings, make presentations to facilitating dialogues and decision-making processes and secure that actions are being taken on the portfolio of projects.

• Drive the performance management agenda, incl. secure regular evaluation of business plan and co-develop performance dashboard and reporting cycle with team members.

• Manage and contribute to projects related to Fund Our Future and take lead on relevant deliveries.

• Organize and secure smooth communication across Corporate Communication on important priorities related to our direction ‘Vital Voice’ and for a coherent and engaged organisation.

• Streamline and improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the team and organisation.

• Stay up to date with the latest digital communication and collaboration tools and assist in implementing new platforms and initiatives for continuous competence development, improved collaboration and better deliveries within the team.

What will make you successful

We expect you have experience from a similar role within business development, project management or change management where communication has been key to unfold the deliveries and anchor the projects.

As you will be working with a complex stakeholder environment, you need:

• Strong collaboration and facilitation skills
• A drive and positive energy
• An analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret information and generate actionable insights
• Proven track record of providing executive assistance and managing high-level stakeholders and projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging presentations
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
