Who we’re looking for
Global Legal of Topsoe is a group of 11 in-house lawyers and a secretariat consisting of 4 employees, including 2 student assistants.

We are looking for a law student preferably with 2 to 3 years left of your studies, who is are able to work 15-20 hours per week and is flexible during peak periods. We will provide the same flexibility around your exam periods.

Your main tasks will focus on:

• Preparation and review of confidentiality agreements, testing agreements and other standardized contracts
• Assistance in administrative, practical and ad-hoc assignments in Global Legal, including archiving, handling legalization and notarization of corporate documents etc.
• Using and updating our contract system for drafting and approval
• Legal investigation of legislation, literature etc.
• Supporting key activities in Global Legal.

What you’ll bring
You are detail-oriented and service-minded and demonstrate initiative and take responsibility. You have the ability to interact with many different people from various cultures and a great team-player. You are structured and thorough in your work and have an analytical mindset.

Experience with using Microsoft Office applications is essential as well as speaking and writing English. Further, it is an advantage if you are interested in, and have flair for commercial law, corporate law, intellectual property rights and compliance matters.
