Do you have a passion for project management and IT and are you looking for a student job? If so, we’d love to have you join our small team working with Quality Systems and IT.

Welcome to Quality Systems and IT…
You will be part of the OneMS project, which is one of the important integration projects in Novonesis, that is responsible to deliver Novonesis new Quality Management System. In the project we will configure the new system, migrate documents from existing systems, engage and train main part of the Novonesis organization. The project is estimated to go live summer 2025 with follow up activities until end of 2025. After this project you will transition, likely together with the project manager, to other interesting projects.

We offer a great opportunity to work in a strategic project in a global company while learning about project management, change management and implementation of a corporate IT system.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:
As our new student worker, you will work closely together with the project manager on various project tasks.

Your primary focus will in this connection be to:

• Support the project manager in various project related tasks
• Take the lead on some project activities
• Lead small team of people including meeting invites, minutes and follow up
• Document various sub-technical solutions
• Assist in testing of the system
• Other ad hoc project tasks where your support makes a difference

Who are we looking for?
We imagine that our new student worker is studying a bachelor or master program within the fields of project management, IT project management or other relevant. It would be great if you could stay with us for a while, so we would prefer to find someone with at least 1-2 years left of their studies.

In terms of personal and professional competencies, we are looking for a student worker who can recognize themselves in several of the following:

• Passionate about project management
• Organized and well structured
• Comfortable in written documentation
• Fluent in written and spoken English and good communication skills
• Comfortable working with IT systems and data
• Open minded to administrative tasks
• Experience with MS Office and/or knowledge of SharePoint would be advantageous
• Weekly working hours are 10 – 15 hours

The ideal candidate will be able to work more during busy periods – but we can also offer flexibility to work less if your studies require more attention at other times.
