The Position | Cooperation and Responsibility
As a Senior Account Manager at Tryg UK, you will play a pivotal role within our Surety team. Your responsibilities will be diverse and impactful, ensuring the growth and stability of our client relationships and business operations. Your tasks will include:
- Managing an existing portfolio of surety clients, ranging from SMEs to multinationals.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through your network, self-prospecting, and attending networking events.
- Collaborating with European colleagues to enhance both existing and new business relationships.
- Actively participating in UK risk committee discussions and ongoing portfolio monitoring.
This is a hybrid role based in our UK office in Moorgate, London. A typical week will involve time in the London office, working from home, and attending client and prospect meetings across the UK.

Qualifications and Expectations:
- Over five years of experience in the surety industry, whether as a broker or underwriter.
- Expertise in bond wording.
- Strong underwriting and risk management skills.
- Client-centric approach.
- Proficiency in IT and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel to meet clients and prospects across the UK.
