IIS – Information & Investigation Solutions, within Financial Crime Prevention which is 1st line function, handling Money-laundering, Tax Evasion, & Terrorist Financing cases. Our Unified Workflow Case and Investigation Management Solution (WCIM) is built to increase operational efficiency, drive of automation in a common platform and execution model.

Our strategic vision is driven by more common approach for orchestration and data sourcing, improving quality and correctness of incoming data in order to enable best decisions made by solution users & improve reporting, dashboarding, which enable better self-service and reduce amounts of manual work.

We work with large quantities of data (and technologies that cover big data) both on strategic and tactical level.

About this opportunity
Team leader position for the WCIM team within the IIS Service Domain, part of the wider Financial Crime Prevention Service Area.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building up internal PEGA development capability
• Developing and cultivating talent
• Converting Service Area/Domain strategies into tangible and executable actions
• Participating in organizational governance forums
• Being the application provider for PEGA based applications in the IIS Service Domain
• Working very closely with ART trio providing support and removing impediments
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure agile value delivery
• Supporting teams to continuously improve based on the Agile metrics
• Working together with other Line managers, SD Lead, Agile Coach on Ways of Working and standards
• Coordinating onboarding process for new people

Your experience and background:

• 6+ years’ experience of delivering through Agile delivery framework in financial sector
• 20+ achieved PI planning cycles
• 2+ year experience leading PEGA development scrum teams
• Successfully managed and delivered through geographically distributed teams
• Successfully managed offshore teams
• Successfully built Community of Practice (CoP’s)
• Analytical skills and ability to deal with complex and demanding issues
• Experience in agile frameworks proven by successful track record and/or certificates
• SAFe framework knowledge is a must
• Experience of senior stakeholder's engagement management
• BSc (or equivalent) in Business Administration and/or Information Technology
