Job Description
Come join our fast-paced team where you'll play a key role in managing and optimizing our media entertainment assets and inventory. You'll collaborate with both internal and external partners to ensure seamless asset delivery, distribution support, and effective rights management.
Core Responsibilities
In this role, you'll oversee the efficient distribution of the LEGO® Group’s media Entertainment assets and inventory for both internal and external partners. You will also play a crucial role in supporting our European-based team.
Entertainment operations
- Raise accurate and timely fulfilment orders and POs for the creation of partner video, audio, artwork and metadata deliverables.
- Work with third party vendors to request deliverable quotes and agree delivery schedules.
- Maintaining Partner deal trackers and tracking deliverables.
- Partner screener requests
- Library and asset availability research
- Internal partner delivery requests
- Residuals Tracking
- Troubleshooting partner rejections
- Contributing to projects and workflow improvement initiatives as required
Ad hoc support for EPC Europe team
- LEGO Masters Ad hoc operations support

The Partner Operations Coordinator will be a part of the Operations Team in the Entertainment Partners & Content Group.
Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate comes with prior experience in digital asset management and digital archiving, experience working with or handling third party vendors, and experience working with broadcast and /or streaming Partners/ Platforms.
Moreover, they come with:
- Familiarity with digital media formats; Audio, Video and GFX/VFX.
- Experience working in a partner facing delivering to Global Distribution platforms; Netflix, Amazon etc and regional broadcast and streaming partners
- Familiarity with digital asset management systems
- Strong attention to detail with minimal supervision
- Project Management skills and the Ability and willingness to “pitch in” where needed
- It would be beneficial to come with understanding of animation production and post-production workflows
- Administrative Experience
The position is based in Billund, DK and relocation support is not offered for this role.
