About your future role

The work location can be at any of the locations that we have an office in - the team you’ll join currently consists of 8+ people based out of 4 different countries.
Key responsibilities are:
- Creating a plan for the program and assessing and resolving any potential issues while ensuring it meets its set milestones
- Managing a program's budget and adapting it according to any changing requirements
- Managing and overseeing any third-party contributions to the program and ensuring they align with the company's long-term goals
- Ensuring deadlines and delivery are met, and any new products or services from projects meet the company's quality standards and budget
- Reporting the progress of the program

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:
- +7 years of professional experience within the field of risk and regulatory compliance in financial services
- Strong track record of leading change and/or remediation programs in risk and compliance domains
- Proven ability to build an effective network and optimally manage stakeholders across a matrixed organization.
- Ability to strike a fine project balance between delivery and quality, e.g. failing fast, continuously learning and adapting
- Being comfortable in addressing risks and blockers and playing a lead role in defining a clear way forward
- Ability to identify opportunities and areas for improvement in the compliance framework of large and complex organizations
Additional skills and experience that would make you stand out:
- Open to limited travel to visit our other offices in Europe to build relationships and support the delivery of Group-wide projects
- Agile or equivalent project qualification
- Regulatory experience with the implementation of PSD, GDPR, DORA or similar projects
