We are searching for a Project manager
This position is based at our friendly office in Warsaw, and you will join our Active Directory Team within our Workplace domain. The team consists of platform engineers, team architects and other supporting roles reporting to the development manager. The team is responsible for operating and developing our identity and authentication systems for several thousands of users based on Active Directory and Microsoft Azure services.
The project manager role offers the possibility of being a central part of high prioritized and complex projects with significant optimization of our Active Directory and Azure environments. Collaboration with several third-party vendors is also a part of the business life. At BEC, we prefer to collaborate often in the office, but we also keep the opportunity to work remotely up to eight days per month. Your direct manager will be Christian Kamp.
Primary task and responsibilities include:
- Planning, executing and follow-up on progress and economy on complex projects
- Enter into agreements and coordinating with stakeholders like other teams in BEC and external vendors
- Project risk handling
- Facilitating workshops
- Reporting
- Comply to regulation, standards and processes
- Drive the process together with IT specialists from BEC and external vendors to deliver the solutions as agreed within time, economy and quality
To succeed you will have:
- At least 9 years of experience as project manager for complex projects
- An extensive project manager toolbox
- The ability to navigate all levels of the organization
- The ability to convert complex matters into an easy-to-understand language
- Experience working with external vendors
- Great overview and high stress threshold
- A structured approach
- To be self-driven and proactive
- To master English at a high level both in writing and orally working in teams in Denmark and Poland
It’s nice-to-have:
- Knowledge of technical infrastructure, especially Active Directory and MS Azure technology
- Experience working within the financial area
- Knowledge of IT security and compliance
- Experience with agile/scrum methodologies and a demonstrated ability to contribute to an agile development environment.
