On behalf of ME Production, MARPRO Group is looking for a Sales Manager Marine Gear for the office in Frederikshavn. You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer of the company.

The job
You will lead the sales of marine gear for new buildings, retrofits, and service worldwide. With hands-on training at shipyards and service sites, you will gain a deep understanding of the technology, which will empower you to support customers and identify new sales opportunities effectively. You will be responsible for proactively engaging with both existing and potential customers, planning sales visits, and maintaining strong relationships. You will take ownership of the sales of marine gear from initial contact to a successful installation. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with internal teams, including logistics and production in Denmark and China, ensuring smooth communication and timely deliveries. You will also play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, product development, and improving sales processes within the company.

Professional qualifications

• Relevant technical education
• Technical sales experience
• Proactive customer relationship management
• Able to engage hands-on, discuss and demonstrate technical expertise
• Knowledge of marine gears and mechanical systems
• Knowledge of the maritime industry
• Highly proficient in both written and spoken English

ME Production are available for customer service, support and spare parts in Denmark, China, Panama and Singapore through our local Service Centers.
