In this role, you will make an impact by:
- Leading teams and individuals to ensure initiatives are delivered using agile methodologies.
- Navigating complex work environments and managing dependencies and activities outside the teams.
- Playing a central role at the team level to establish the right people, processes, and agile methods and tools.
- Advising management and leadership teams on their organisation’s agile journey.
- Developing and nurturing strong, long-term client relationships.
- Identifying sales and business development opportunities.
- Supporting our agile market initiatives and engaging with key accounts across all industries.
- Helping organizations adopt internal digital products and mature client facing products and the product management processes around these.
You will also contribute to our internal organisational development by:
- Representing our agile practice by participating in and presenting at conferences.
- Mentoring and supporting the development of our talents.
- Being a member of our agile delivery community leadership team and driving community initiatives.
Qualifications
- You possess a comprehensive agile toolbox and have proven experience in driving initiatives using agile methodologies or leading agile transformations. Agile certifications such as SAFe Certified Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
- You hold a master’s degree and are proficient in written and spoken English. If you do not speak Danish fluently, you have at least passed Prøve I Dansk 3 (PD3) and can work effectively on Danish-speaking projects.
- You have a proven ability to engage in business development and commercial activities. Experience in consulting or relevant roles in large Danish or international companies is advantageous.
- We believe that close collaboration with clients at their sites is key to delivering successful outcomes. As not all projects are based near our Copenhagen headquarters, you should be open to occasional travel within or outside Denmark.
