Grundfos is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Global Marketing Director to join our esteemed DBS Extended Leadership team. As a key member of the DBS Solution & Marketing Leadership team, you will collaborate with top-tier executives to drive strategic decision-making, business development opportunities, and product portfolio enhancements. This role provides a unique opportunity to shape and implement the DBS strategy, significantly contributing to our overall growth.

The Senior Global Marketing Director will be responsible for planning the annual marketing strategy for DBS's products, solutions, and services, aligned with our business growth vision. You will oversee and direct a team of Regional Marketing Managers and marketing professionals, ensuring the effective implementation of the marketing strategy across global markets. With a focus on digital and online channels, you will develop and deploy impactful global marketing campaigns and initiatives that promote brand awareness and build engagement.

Your proven leadership skills will be essential in mentoring and inspiring teams to achieve their goals, as well as collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

What is the job about?

  • Accountable for DBS marketing innovation and development through global go-to-market concepts and approaches securing high relevance and differentiation in customer attraction and engagement.
  • Develop and drive marketing planning in direct support of divisional strategic priorities and deployment maps (applications, geographies, new offerings, target groups, etc.).
  • Secure high market visibility and customer engagement through efficient deployment of global marketing plans; drive continuous improvement loops to secure desired sales growth and profit.
  • Develop and drive high customer satisfaction in channels, touchpoint and tools by creating an optimal customer experience supporting customer value and jobs-to-be done.
  • Drive and develop a marketing performance model supporting ROMI, including effective spend management and Lead Excellence.
  • Actively collaborate with the DBS Solution & Marketing leadership team, DBS Sales leaders globally and counterparts in other divisions/functions, proactively create the network to share best practices, exchange ideas and drive to achieve common strategic objectives.
  • Responsible for alignment of global Branding activities with DBS.
  • DBS Ownership of all customer-facing digital platforms.
  • Be active in developing and deploying DBS strategic initiatives.
  • Drive and develop digital marketing excellence by integrating new and relevant technologies into marketing and by accelerating data-drive marketing through disciplines such as AI, marketing automation and personalization.
  • Guide and coach the next-level managers in marketing to ensure the overall team engagement and motivation, to create a working environment that supports the department to achieve the business vision. .

Your main responsibilities:
As the driving force behind our growth initiatives, you will cultivate key relationships at all levels of the organization and across our global leadership network, both internally and externally. With a performance mindset, you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, ensuring a customer-centric approach to improve business growth

Your background
We imagine that you have:

  • Ideally a Master’s degree in business, marketing, or equivalent
  • Proven experience developing and delivering strategic initiatives within a complex business environment.
  • Experience of global accountability in a B2B business context ideally within manufacturing.
  • In-depth experience in developing and implementing overall operating processes specifically within the area.
  • High level of digital understanding
  • Ability to lead a multi-cultural and global team.
