Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and maintenance of sales collateral, marketing materials, and product documentation for Sales Managers.
- Support the Sales team in managing client inquiries, providing product information, and facilitating order processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to SME clients.
- Help analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute ideas to enhance sales support processes and customer satisfaction.
- Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned to support the Sales department's objectives.
Who Are We Looking For

- Bachelor's degree.
- Good knowledge of English language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with Sales team members and clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred but not required
