The Opportunity
As a Marketing Specialist at Worldline Türkiye, you’ll have the unique opportunity to bring creative ideas to life and impact our brand’s growth. Working closely with our dynamic marketing team, you will drive key initiatives that engage our audience, enhance our brand presence across both digital and BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing channels, and support our overall business goals. This role is for a 2-years fixed term and it offers hands-on experience across various marketing channels, including digital, social media, content creation, and analytics, as well as in organizing targeted BTL events and activities. This provides a chance to develop your expertise and advance your career in an innovative and supportive environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Assisting in the creation of marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Support for all kinds of marketing communication activities (BTL, online, offline, etc.) in coordination with the agencies (Press Release, Advertisement, etc)
- Developing creative and high-quality communications materials and content for magazines, mass mailings, press releases, newsletters, brochures as well as presentations, and other online & offline materials,
- Assist in developing and coordinating content for websites, articles, videos, email campaigns, webinars, and virtual events, ensuring quality and alignment with brand messaging.
- Organize local fairs, conferences, events, etc.
- Monitor budget to gain better ROI.

- Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience in marketing, preferably in B2B, distributor, or channel marketing.
- Consistent track record of developing and performing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong ability to analyze data and trends to support marketing strategy improvements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Turkish and English,
- Eager to teamwork and strong interpersonal skills for communication,
- Strong analytical skills and passion to drive business growth, data-driven, and result-oriented approach,
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and set accurate priorities,
- Adapting to changing situations and embracing new tasks.
- Experience in content management systems (CMS) for websites.
- Strong ability to quickly adapt to new tools, platforms, and strategies in a fast-paced marketing environment.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
