Our Team
Our team is situated in Helsinki and Copenhagen.
We have a good and close collaboration internally in the team and with other parts of the bank.
Our main goal is to ensure that the Product Owners and Tribe Leads in the tribes we are supporting are up to date on their risk picture and are meeting their deadlines in the risk area. We help to identify the risks and support in the governance connected to the different processes.

Job Description
The Housing & Financing team supports the Personal Customers Business Unit in management of the products and risks in the Housing area and risk related to Commercial Partnerships (third party).
We support the business in reaching the goals in Forward´28, by driving the risk agenda.
As a risk partner, you will be working with a variety of tasks including:
- Support the Product owners in succeeding in introducing or changing products
- Drive and maintaining risk awareness
- Support the enhancing of the processes in the housing area.
- Run, maintain and develop Commercial Partnership risks.
- Participate in team projects and ad hoc activities
- Many other tasks on ad hoc basis
About you:
- Possessing a basic understanding of banking, housing and non-financial risk
- Demonstrating significant collaboration skills, both in-person and virtually
- Being self-driven and capable of working efficiently
- Exhibits curiosity and an open, innovative mindset
- Possesses a structured and diligent approach to tasks
- Maintains a high level of integrity
- Having experience with, or is eager to work in, a global team environment with members across multiple countries
- It will be an advantage if you have knowledge and interest in commercial partnerships (third party).
We mainly communicate in English internally in Danske Bank; but it is an advantage if you master one of the Scandinavian languages with good proficiency.
