In this role, you will provide legal business partnering to Falck Digital Technology, focusing on drafting and negotiating commercially sound IT and digital contracts. Depending on your profile and experience, you may also support Falck's data privacy compliance, data-driven services, AI, and digital cross-functional projects across the Falck Group.

You will report to the Director – Head of Data Privacy & Digital Legal, and you will work closely with experienced and motivated colleagues across Falck Legal & Compliance that are committed to contributing to your success and your professional and personal development. You will also work in close collaboration with key stakeholders in Digital Technology and across the Falck business in developing strong and commercially viable digital solutions supporting the Falck strategy.

You will join a competent, global, purpose-driven, and social team that is highly considered within the Falck Group. You will be based at the Falck Headquarters in Copenhagen, or in one of our main offices in the Nordics (Oslo, Stockholm or Warsaw). About the job

What you will do:

• Providing solid legal advice to decision makers in a truly international setup
• Drafting and negotiating IT and digital contracts of all types, including Software-as-a-Service and other types of cloud service contracts
• Depending on your experience – supporting and eventually driving the development and operation of the Digital Legal contract templates
• Commercial dispute management and resolution
• Leveraging on your existing competencies within data privacy, digital marketing to engage in cross-functional projects
• Building a deep understanding of our business as an integrated healthcare provider to deliver value-adding legal advice
• Helping develop Falck Legal & Commercial with standardisation, processes, and digitisation of legal services
• Being part of our journey leveraging AI and robotics in close collaboration with our data and enterprise architecture teams
• Building competencies within cybersecurity supporting our compliance efforts in e.g., NIS2
• Support the Digital Legal agenda in M&A projects
• Engaging with external legal advisors and monitor, control and coordinate their support

About you The successful candidate will:

• Be a solution-oriented legal professional with a true interest in helping businesses grow
• Have a great attention to details combined with an ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
• Be a team-player eager to take an active role in a great team, both at a professional and social level
• Having an interest in building good stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence processes and decisions within an organisation
• Have a can-do attitude and the mindset to proactively solve problems
• Have knowledge of (for recent graduates) or experience with data protection/GDPR, tech law/IT law, and AI. Experience with cybersecurity is also a plus
• Hold a master's degree in law or commercial law
• Have a background in commercial contracts or contract management.
• Be professionally proficient in English and ideally one of the Scandinavian languages
• Be adaptable and curious, with the ability to work across various legal and business areas
• Have 0-3 years of professional experience from an internationally oriented law firm or a similar in-house position. Experience is a plus but not a requirement
