Would you like to be responsible for Bravida's schedule on a large international project?
You have the desire and ability to bring things together, create an overview with realistic schedules that drives the project forward. We are involved in a huge international project in Hilleroed, which encompasses the technical contract for Technical Installations.
In this context, you will be a crucial focal point to ensure the success of the project.
This position is ideal for someone who has the natural ability to maintain up-to-date knowledge and can coordinate interdisciplinary based on a deep understanding of each technical trade's current status.
You can look forward to becoming part of an ambitious team with great variety in your everyday tasks. You will ensure that the construction process reach each milestone within the agreed time slots. This ensures that all stakeholders involved in the construction will have the updated schedule, which will allow us to succeed as a team.
In relation to coordinating and managing the schedule for Bravida's technical contract with the opposite the main contractor, on the construction site you will utilize your strong interpersonal skills to communicate purposefully and effectively with your own team and other contractors.
A selection of your responsibilities:
- Responsible for structured work and production plans and their maintenance. This includes ensuring progress and conducting and analyzing construction stages.
- Gather relevant input for the schedule from other contractors on the construction site.
- Collaborate with the client, advisors and contractors.
- Prepare progress reports with graphs and tables.
- Responsible for time and resource planning.
- Participate in schedule meetings.
- Participate in design meetings that will affect the schedule.
Your profile:
What we expect from you:
- A degree in construction management, civil engineering or a similar field, preferably with a background in craftsmanship.
- Have experience as a project manager, including knowledge of construction meetings, meeting management and overall coordination of schedules with involved parties.
- Possess a solid understanding of the phases of construction and experience with P6-Primavera for time and resource planning, as well as Risk Management.
- Work independently and collaborate effectively across the organization, both internally and externally, with strong communication skills and constructive engagement in negotiations
- Lead a construction project and site with confidence and decisiveness, thriving in a daily construction site environment.
- Contribute with good teamwork skills to a positive work environment and possess good English language skills in both written and spoken communication (international project).
