The role:
We have an agile CFO team including Finance & Accounting, Commercial, Digital & IT, which is a focal point in supporting the growth and scaling COP from the successful start-up to a significantly larger global company. Today the existing team is located mainly in Denmark, Vietnam and Greece.
Our Finance Accounting hub in Hanoi, Vietnam is looking for a best-in-class Accountant to take the responsibilities and support the team in the following areas:
- Accounts payable, Bank/Inter-company transactions, Cash flow forecasting, Accruals
- Tax compliance
- Local authorities reporting
- Statutory year-end audits
In addition to these core responsibilities, you will also be part of the continuous improvement projects within the team and department, tackling ad hoc finance and accounting tasks with finesse.

Your experience:
- We are seeking a self-driven, ambitious individual who thrives in dynamic environments and craves constant growth and challenge. As a vital member of our team, you will need to be insatiably curious, eager to learn, and flexible in the face of change.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, banking, economics, or a related field.
- Have 3 to 8 years’ experience managing corporate financing and accounting activities in a MNC large corporate or consultancy.
- Detailed understanding of local accounting and banking requirements is essential.
- Strong communication and analytical skills are a must, along with dedication, persistence, and attention to detail.
- Profound Excel skills are necessary for this role.
- Exceptional written and verbal level in both English and Vietnamese.
- You are teamwork oriented, passionate, energetic, good work ethic.
