As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking a Senior R&D Product Line Manager to lead the Global R&D of our expanding Power Quality business. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of R&D projects and the efficient operation of our teams.

How you’ll make an impact
- People Management: Lead, coach, and mentor global R&D teams of over 60 highly skilled professionals across multiple locations (Sweden, India, Poland). Manage their performance, development, and succession planning with the support of 4 direct reported line managers.
- Technology and Product Development: Oversee the execution and operations of R&D projects, ensuring alignment with business strategy and adherence to company processes and guidelines.
- Operations: Directly and indirectly manage R&D project and program managers, ensuring successful project execution within timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Execution Quality Assurance: Ensure outcomes and deliverables meet safety, cyber security, quality, reliability, and compliance standards throughout the development lifecycle.
- Change Management: Lead R&D project management transformation initiatives, working closely with diverse stakeholders to ensure effective change management.
- Strategy: Contribute to the Power Quality solutions strategy, updating it in line with market needs and technological advancements. Ensure execution and operations align with the strategy.
Your background
- Senior Leadership: Your exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills enable you to influence people and harmonize R&D with business objectives.
- Executive Management: You have a proven track record of managing large, cross-functional organizations, with a deep understanding of product development lifecycle models and processes.
- Educational Background: You hold a university degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Software Engineering, or related fields).
- Technical Expertise: You have experience with power products and systems, power electronics, especially in areas like energy transition, de-carbonization, and electrification.
- Communication: You have excellent communication and organizational development skills, effectively leading diverse stakeholders with varying interests and agendas.
