We are looking for a passionate and skilled full-time Infrastructure Operations Specialist, to engineer and operate Active Directory infrastructure services and Entra ID services.

About our team
Meet the Core Services team. Our role is to ensure that our Active Directory, Entra ID and other core infrastructure services meet the highest standards, prioritizing security, stability and compliance. As an Infrastructure Operations Specialist you’ll play a valuable role in the collaboration with experts in a wide range of IT services, continuously expanding your knowledge and skills. Main responsibilities in this role
- Engineering Excellence: Engineer and operate core infrastructure components with a focus on Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID, embracing automation for seamless service maintenance.
- Diverse Support: Provide additional support other cloud identity providers, as well as PKI, DNS and DHCP
- Documentation and Development: Develop, document, and maintain manual and automated infrastructure services with a keen eye on operational stability, security, and compliance
- Collaborative Engagement: Engage in midrange server infrastructure activities and actively participate in driving core service initiatives while fostering integration across technical teams

Your background and skills include:
- Active Directory Mastery: Demonstrate deep knowledge and experience in Active Directory enterprise infrastructure engineering and operations within complex environments
- Automation Proficiency: Showcase expertise in PowerShell and automation platforms to streamline operations
- Cloud and Hybrid Skills: Expertise with Azure AD, Entra ID, and familiarity with cloud technologies
- Communication Skills: Fluent in both written and spoken English
It would be ideal if you also have:
- Infrastructure Know-How: Solid understanding of DNS, DHCP, and proficiency ideally with Infoblox
- Service Management Insight: Familiarity with ITL, SAFe agile framework, and IT Service Management in large environments
