For our client BRP Systems in Aarhus we are looking for a Project & Onboarding Manager who has experience with customer on-boarding.

In the onboarding team, you’ll play a key role in helping new customers get started – from initial contact to full system launch.

Your Role
As Project & Onboarding Manager, you will lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring everything runs smoothly from configuration to go-live. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive training sessions (both online and on-site) to help customers become confident users of the BRP software
• Guide customers in configuring their systems, including memberships, payments, access control, and integrations
• Collaborate with internal teams (Support, Development, Sales) to solve challenges and ensure smooth onboarding
• Track progress and milestones in each onboarding project, keeping deadlines and managing potential risks
• Gather feedback to improve the onboarding experience and contribute to internal process improvements
• Document and share best practices with your team

About You
You bring solid experience from onboarding, project management, or customer success – ideally from a fast-paced software or tech environment.

• Have at least 1 year of project management experience
• Have strong technical aptitude and enjoy learning new systems
• Communicate clearly and confidently with a wide range of stakeholders
• Have a customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others succeed
• Work in a structured and organized manner, even when managing multiple projects
• Are solution-oriented and stay calm when priorities shift
• Speak and write fluent Danish and English
• Have experience working with CRM systems
