Boozt is a leading Nordic tech company, and we're looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior IT Technician to join our growing team in Copenhagen. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Provide advanced technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT problems efficiently and effectively.
• Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including networks, and cloud-based systems.
• Implement and configure new hardware and software solutions.
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain documentation for IT procedures and systems.
• Collaborate with other Tech teams and departments to ensure alignment and effective solutions.
• Participate in IT projects, from planning to execution.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior IT technicians.
• Ensure IT security best practices are followed.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a proven track record (5+ years) in an IT support or IT technician role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• You are highly proficient in troubleshooting Windows and macOS operating systems.
• You have a good understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
• You're comfortable working with cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, Azure, AWS,) and Google Workspace.
• You are an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, in English. Danish language skills are a plus.
• A relevant IT certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, MCSA, CCNA) is a strong advantage.

To be successful in this role you have a good understanding of how technology can enable the business to work more efficiently. You enjoy having contact with different business units and have it easy to make IT understandable for people that do not know the area.
