As Head of Sales – MDU / Real Estate Owners, you will report to the Head of Commercial Management and lead a team of 7 in-house sales professionals located in Stockholm and Östersund. Your primary responsibility is to develop and execute a sales strategy targeting property owners, large real estate companies, housing cooperatives (BRFs), and fiber cooperatives. The goal is to drive new sales, increase market share, and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
You will play a pivotal role in penetrating the mid-sized to large property owner segment (500–3,000 households), which is a key strategic priority for GlobalConnect in the Swedish market. Working closely with marketing, project management, and customer service, you’ll ensure a seamless customer experience and a data-driven sales process that delivers measurable business impact.
Here are some examples of key responsibilities during a typical day
- Lead, coach, and develop your sales team of in-house sellers / KAMs.
- Define, implement, and follow up on sales targets – covering both new business and renegotiations.
- Actively participate in strategic meetings with decision-makers, including property owners, building managers, and BRF boards. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the real estate sector.
- Set and ensure adherence to a structured and transparent sales process and pipeline management approach.
- Drive recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
- Advise and consult the business on sales strategies for prospecting and customer engagement.
- Represent GlobalConnect with credibility across customer segments from small to large property owners and developers.

A results-oriented leader with the drive and determination to guide your team toward ambitious sales goals. You are customer-centric at heart, with a strong ability to understand the needs of property owners and translate those into tangible actions across the organization. When it comes to leadership of your team, you take a coaching approach, focusing on the growth and development of your team rather than simply directing them to ensure short term objectives.
You work in a structured and data-driven way, always planning ahead and aligning your efforts with a clear sales strategy across multiple customer segments. You're a trusted representative for GlobalConnect, equally confident engaging with small housing cooperatives (BRFs) and large-scale property owners. Finally, you're commercially strategic—you understand the dynamics of the MDU/REO segment and how it contributes to long-term business growth.
This is what you bring to the table
- 10+ years of sales experience in the real estate industry or a related field, including at least +3 years of leadership experience, ideally from a sales-driven role (e.g., team lead, sales manager, KAM lead).
- A well-established network of decision-makers in property management and development.
- Proven track record of success in new customer acquisition and business development.
- Strong strategic thinking, data-driven and structured, with ability to define and implement sales strategies per customer segment.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. Additional Nordic language skills are a plus.
Bonus points if you have
- Background in telecom, property automation, IoT, energy, or infrastructure.
- Experience working with KPIs like household connections (HC), conversion rates, and churn.
