Meneta Group is a global supplier of composite materials for sealing, noise & vibration damping (NVH) applications, and of conventional and fine blanked parts. The Meneta Group produces a range of products for the automotive industry, including various brake parts. We employ over 2,000 people at our locations in Denmark, Germany, India, China, and North America.
Meneta Advanced Shim Technology is part of the Meneta Group and specialized in composite coil coating and stamping to the automotive industry. We are looking for a competent full time Account Manager Assistant for our sales department in Odense.
About the job
You will assume the responsibility of supporting our Account Managers in the sales department. Specifically, within the composite coil material and stamping division.
Your tasks will include:
- You will assist the sales team in producing competitive customer quotations, analysis of cost structures of components, and identify cost drivers.
- You will engage closely with members of our Team Feasibility team (producibility of product), which consists of colleagues from engineering, production, and quality management.
- You will assist in maintaining our customer and quotation database in the PLM system. You will also need to make pre- and post calculations on our products.
- You will assist in producing PowerPoint presentations for customer meetings.
- You will utilize your strong market analysis skills and follow up on all offers you and the Account Manager send out.
- You will keep yourself updated with the ongoing market situation and conduct competitor analyses.
About you
- You have a commercial degree, or possibly a technical background with a wish to take on a commercial role. Some years of experience from a similar role are welcomed but not required.
- You are service- and qualityminded and take responsibility. It is important that you work in a structured way with a sense for details, while being able carry tasks to completion.
- You have excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- You are a team player with a positive mindset, and you enjoy working in intercultural teams.
- You are approachable and comfortable in communicating with a wide range of international customers.
- You possess good technical understanding and have knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
