We are looking for a Data Analyst to support our journey toward becoming a more data-driven organization. You’ll play a key role in unlocking the full potential of our BI platform, BioMetrics, built on Microsoft Azure and using Tableau for reporting and visualization. BioMetrics connects people with the data they need to move the business forward.

At BioMar, the role of Data Analyst is titled IT Solution Lead, and this will be your official title once you join us.

Make a difference in how we turn business questions into actionable answers
In this role, your focus will be on delivering the right data in clear, interactive dashboards and reports that bring business matters into sharp focus. By designing BI solutions that are not just informative but truly actionable, you’ll help colleagues quickly grasp key insights and take the right steps to move the business forward.

• Partner with colleagues across the business to understand and translate their needs into data requirements
• Design and maintain insightful dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau or similar tools
• Use strong problem-solving skills to work through complex business challenges and data
• Improve reporting processes and ensure data quality across our BI platform
• Align BI products with strategic goals and business value

You are someone who thrives in complexity, takes ownership, and enjoys working closely with diverse colleagues. You know that successful BI is about more than just numbers - it’s about making things easier to understand, easier to act on, and more impactful. You are proactive, structured, and committed to continuous improvement.

• At least 5 years of experience working with data and BI in a professional setting
• Hands-on experience with Tableau or similar tools, as well as SQL and Azure-based environments
• A structured communicator who can work with both technical and non-technical colleagues
• A relevant academic degree in IT, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or similar
• Fluent in written and spoken English; Spanish is a plus, but not required
