Senior Advisor – Financial Services (Banking, Insurance & Capital Markets)

Accenture is expanding rapidly in the Nordic Financial Services sector, and we are looking for experienced professionals who bring passion, deep industry know-how, and strong client advisory skills. As part of our Strategy & Consulting Financial Services team based in Copenhagen, you will play a key role in driving growth, efficiency improvements, innovation, and transformation across leading financial institutions in Denmark and the Nordics.

If you have a background in banking, fintech, insurance, or consulting — and want to make your mark influencing the Nordic financial landscape — this is the role for you.

Your impact
You will engage directly with C-level leaders of major banks, fintech and insurance companies, acting as a trusted advisor to help them define their next wave of growth, efficiency improvements, digital transformation, and innovation, working at the intersection of business and technology. Your insights and network will play a pivotal role in expanding Accenture’s footprint across the Nordic Financial Services landscape.

What you will do

• Advising top financial institutions on strategy, digital transformation, and innovation
• Build and nurture strong relationships with senior leaders across top financial services players, contributing to both their business and technology strategy shaping and driving its execution
• Leverage your market insight to originate and shape new client opportunities, and identify growth and efficiency opportunities using data, technology, and AI
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure value-driven project delivery, acting as a mentor and coach to junior colleagues
• Bring your perspective to strengthen our Financial Services community in Denmark

Qualification
What you bring

• 6–10 years of experience in banking, insurance, or financial services consulting
• Strong understanding of digital banking, lending, payments, wealth management, or insurance
• Proven track record in client engagement, business development, or transformation programs
• Excellent communication skills in Danish and English
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for shaping the industry’s future
