What you'll be doing
As part of the AI & Advanced Analytics team at Halfspace, you’ll be working at the cutting edge of artificial intelligence — designing, building, and deploying systems that push what’s possible. You’ll contribute to the development of intelligent agents, generative AI models, and advanced analytical frameworks that deliver real-world impact across industries.

You’ll work alongside engineers, scientists, and strategists from some of the world’s leading institutions, applying deep technical expertise and creative thinking to solve complex problems. From prototyping novel AI applications to operationalizing models at scale, you’ll bridge research and engineering to turn ideas into solutions that redefine performance.

Qualification
Who we're looking for
We’re looking for curious and technically exceptional individuals who live at the intersection of AI, mathematics, and software. You combine a strong foundation in statistical modeling and machine learning with the creativity and rigor to turn theory into working systems.

You’re fluent in Python and comfortable working with modern AI stacks — whether that means fine-tuning large language models, architecting agentic systems, or building robust analytical pipelines.

For our Generative AI unit we value:

• Strong proficiency in Python and core AI libraries
• Experience working with integrating Generative AI and developing AI Agents or other applications
• Intellectual curiosity, precision, and a pioneering mindset — the qualities that define Halfspace

For our Advanced Analytics unit we value:

• Strong proficiency in Python and core ML libraries
• Solid understanding of statistical modeling, optimization, and experimental design
• Familiarity with MLOps and model deployment practices
• Intellectual curiosity, precision, and a pioneering mindset — the qualities that define Halfspace
