Service Desk Analyst with Danish

If you have experience in the field of IT support within a helpdesk / service desk environment, and would like to join one of Denmark’s leading consultancies in IT development, implementation and operations, you may be interested in joining our team.

As a Service Desk Analyst at NNIT Service Support Center in Prague you will handle incoming incidents and requests from employees working for our customers. These requests for assistance are ranging from end user logon problems to functional support to business units.

Your ambition will be to get the problem solved within the first contact. The support is provided in various languages for our customers’ global organizations, so you speak minimum these languages: Danish & English.

As part of the NNIT Service Support Center your analytical skills will be highly valued since we tend to be confronted with complex customer problems. Co-workers will regard you as a person who is outgoing and working well in a team and further down the line you will share your professional knowledge and experience with them naturally. You strive to provide the best service and have a strong wish to improve and develop your personal and professional skills.

Qualifications and experiences

As a member of an IT support team you have a good understanding and are experienced (a minimum of 1 year in a similar position) in troubleshooting all aspects of computer set-up, software installation, MS Windows and MS Office. The position can also include handling how computers connect to each other or the rest of the network; printing, both locally and on the network; and auxiliary devices such as tablets or smartphones.

Being focused on quality and results you are constantly pursuing and achieving personal and work-related goals. You have excellent customer service skills and ability to deal with customers in a professional manner. Besides good time management and prioritization skills you multitask effectively, have a high energy level and a drive for support.

You will improve your communication and analytical skills, which will be needed since you will be sometimes solving quite complex problems with different types of customers. Speaking and writing skills in English and Danish are essential at a minimum of B2 level.
