Technical Consultant on Test Management solution

The Application Lifecycle Management team helps organizations to manage and structure the Application Lifecycle from Project Planning, through Requirement gathering, Tests, Deviations/Error handling to Production.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure components of the service to meet customer requirements, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Execute tests, maintain comprehensive documentation, and adhere to GxP regulations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
• Efficiently handle defects, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to service delivery.
• Engage in proactive communication with customers, addressing support tickets, service requests, and inquiries promptly and effectively.
• Contribute to ongoing service compliance activities, including configuration reviews and adherence to industry standards, to ensure continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for service enhancement and implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
• Provide technical support to customers, including investigating logs, error handling, and resolving technical issues, to ensure smooth operation and user satisfaction.
• Deliver customer presentations of ALM Quality Center, showcasing technical and functional capabilities through demos and presentations.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications and experience:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a GxP regulated industry, including test execution and description within this context, as well as direct customer support.

• Proficiency in Micro Focus Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), SQL languages, databases, HTML, and Visual Basic.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of documentation practice.
