Moalem Weitemeyer is a Tier 1 transactional law firm with a strong private equity and capital markets profile. We serve longstanding clients of all sizes and types with financing advice ranging from buy-side acquisition financing to documented or non-documented bond and equity deals.

We service longstanding clients of all sizes and types of financial sponsors with regulatory advice ranging from disclosure obligations to corporate governance and stakeholder management, and, occassionally, shareholder activisim.

Process
To have a highly successful and collaborative team, chemistry is just as important as talent. Therefore, we invest a great deal of resources into our hiring process. Candidates can expect to have typically 2 interviews, each time with new colleagues, and to be asked to complete a logical and personality profile test.
