Work Supply is currently recruiting for a Global Finance Analyst on behalf of our client to spearhead the establishment of a robust financial business function. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the CFO and the recently appointed management team, contributing to various financial aspects such as analysis, budgeting, reporting, planning, collaboration, and ensuring compliance with regulations and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Playing a crucial role in the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Facilitating internal financial reporting and performance management using BI tools.
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborating cross-functionally to gather financial data and insights.

Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate for the role of Global Finance Analyst holds a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field, with a master’s degree/MBA considered advantageous. Bringing extensive experience in BI tools, proven financial analysis skills, and proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools, the candidate demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and excels in collaborative teamwork. With a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant finance experience, the successful candidate is a driven self-motivator with excellent communication skills in both English and Danish, capable of achieving business goals. Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
