3Shape is looking for an innovative and efficient IT Project Manager to run our Must Win Battle Project focused on Digital Infrastructure.

You will join the IT PMO in Group IT, consisting of Customer Experience Applications, IT PMO and Transformation, Cyber Security, Infrastructure and Services.

Our cross-functional team collaborates to gather, analyze, and devise optimal solutions for a majority of 3Shape teams, enabling the use of IT tools to enhance and streamline their daily responsibilities. Your reporting structure will be to the Head of IT PMO and Transformation.

As an IT Project Manager, your primary role involves driving and managing a Must Win Battle Project, along with selected projects integral to the Must Win Battle initiative.

You'll collaborate with internal and external partners, actively managing relationships and coordinating deliveries with vendors as needed. Building strong cooperative relationships across business units and departments is essential for achieving success in this role.

On top of that, your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a liaison to Group IT management operating and reporting on the Must Win Battle and the project(s) you will manage individually.
• Functioning as a business partner to 3Shape organization, bridging IT and business via planning and execution of technical deliverables to ensure robust solutions across the organization.
• Taking ownership for and leading pivotal global business projects throughout all project phases.
• Establishing common goals across multiple teams, managing milestones and working with agile teams through the completion of all phases of projects.
• Tracking and reporting project deliverables, identifying, and mitigating risk and issues.
• Ensuring clear definition and alignment of project goals, while providing regular updates to management and stakeholders.

From the technical perspective, we hope that you:

• Have a technical background with a strong business acumen.
• Hold a Master’s degree.
• Have a track record of 1-3 years in project management and wield a well-equipped project management toolbox.
• Possess experience in project management within agile teams and methodologies.
• Excel as a communicator with strong interpersonal skills, fostering seamless and effective collaboration with individuals across all organizational levels, including IT specialists, business users, and managers.
• (Ideally) Are experienced with D365 Customer Service suite and SaaS applications in general.
