What we offer
Join our team in R&D Accessory Development team as a Hardware R&D Project Manager, where you can spearhead the development of advanced wireless communication systems alongside other skilled project managers and engineers. In an agile environment, you'll take the lead on complex projects, contributing to the enhancement of hearing situations in combination with hearing aids through the development of our accessories.
Your responsibilities
• Facilitate the process of defining project scope, prioritization, and project planning and ensure the involvement of relevant stakeholders.
• Align plans and ensure appropriate integration points with other projects also delivering to the same program
• Communicate project goals and set expectations on the team level as well as motivate individual team members to deliver on time and scope.
• Generate reoccurring project status including managing mitigated project risks.
• Continuously improve project processes
• Responsible for delivering required documentation according to the WSA Quality Management System
• Maintain a professional approach to high-quality deliverables
Experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in electronics with hands-on experience in hardware development.
• Demonstrate a successful track record in leading hardware projects within the medical device industry.
• Certification as a project manager (e.g., IPMA, Prince2, PMP) preferred.
• Experience in outsourcing, along with a keen cultural understanding of Asian countries.
• Self-driven, proactive, and equipped with strong analytical skills and a structured mindset.
• Collaborative team player adept at identifying solutions through effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
