Do you want to influence and be part of our Agile transformational journey in a global, dynamic and market leading conglomerate within hearing instruments, audio-, video-, and gaming equipment? Then you might be one of our two new Scrum Masters.

In the role as Scrum Master, you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You will facilitate, coach, and support two of our ten agile delivery teams. Your role is crucial in promoting agile ways of working, coordinating cross-functionally, and ensuring transparent progress.

The team you will be part of
Is based in our Enterprise Platforms (GNIT) function, where over 120 employees across 18 countries provide IT support to all GN end users, with a constant focus on IT Security, to protect the global IT environment and develop, support and maintain the IT infrastructure and digital workplace services.

Our team includes Delivery Managers (RTE) and dedicated Scrum Masters and a Delivery Director (STE) who assist our agile teams in delivering work items agreed upon in our Planning Interval’s (PI’s). We prioritize teamwork, collaboration, and coaching for successful agile deliveries. Our journey involves implementing agile practices within Enterprise Platforms, with a framework based on Scrum and SAFe.

The culture in Enterprise platforms is characterized by being supportive, inclusive and caring for our personal and professional growth in close collaboration with our colleagues and stakeholders.

You will be based at our global HQ, located in Ballerup, Denmark and report to the Head of Scrum and IT Delivery, Mikkel Severin.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will

  • Facilitate agile events, such as sprint planning, sprint refinement, daily stand-up, sprint review and sprint retrospective
  • Facilitate PI in preparation and refinements
  • Facilitate PI Objectives with Team and Delivery Manger
  • Facilitate PI Retrospectives

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you

  • Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field of study
  • Have extensive and documented experience in agile methodologies
  • Are proficient in working within a SCRUM and/or SAFe framework
  • Thrive with a crucial role in maintaining positive dynamics within the agile teams and guiding them within our agile framework
  • Take part of a social and collaborative work environment where successes are shared, and challenges are openly discussed
  • Possess strong project-, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Are fluently in written and spoken English and you are comfortable communicating with others

At a personal level you are enthusiastic, thorough, and inclusive in your behavior and ways of working. You are result-oriented, proactive and a team-player.
