Business Analyst, Payment Process Automation

The Payment Process Automation team and the solutions we deliver are a key part in achieving those ambitions. To help us raise the bar even further, we are looking to hire a highly skilled Business Analyst, who has a great interest for business processes and the ability to reinforce our internal setup by building system features that enable colleagues in operations to improve efficiency and quality of their work.

You will be reporting to the Head of Payment Process Automation and be part of a growing team of passionate tech savvy people eager to improve the inner workings of the business through various technical and IT solutions of different scale.
Furthermore, you will be collaborating with various internal stakeholders in Operations and Client Services as well as product owners and analysts for different solutions across the business to ensure end-to-end delivery of new functionalities.

What you will be doing

• Writing SQL Queries to support business needs
  • Identifying process weak points and creating monitoring solutions
  • Support on ad hoc requests for smaller technical solutions
  • Communication and collaboration with various stakeholders on deliveries

The position will be based at Banking Circles Office in London.

As Banking Circle is an international company it is a requirement, that you are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. Furthermore, travelling between locations will be required from time to time.

As a person you are a dependable, approachable, and a curious team-player who knows the value of clear and effective communication and who likes working in the area between technology and business processes. You should be able to learn business processes from both operations and client perspective, to have an intrinsic, end-to-end understanding of what is being done, why it’s being done and how you can help make it better.

What we are looking for
To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have a relevant educational background and a demonstrated capability from an applicable role where you have gained a minimum of 3 years of experience working as Business Analyst. We expect you to have demonstrated ability to dissect and restructure complex business challenges and a sharp eye for optimization.
