The Position
As an Associate Manager you will head a team of dedicated operators. You can look forward to a job where you will have the opportunity to gain a close knowledge of the production processes in Novo Nordisk as well as business understanding.

Your key responsibility will be to:

  • Maintain an overview, follow up on KPI’s, team performance and set directions for your team.
  • Guide the team to solve the tasks correctly in a complex environment.
  • Coordinate and exchange experiences across teams and departments with Maintenance Support and equipment responsible.
  • Cooperate with the rest of the leader group.
  • Develop employees and ensure engagement through visible and present leadership.

As a management team member, you will be a front runner in the department and show the way and the right behaviour.

Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you:

  • Have people management experience.
  • Have some years of production experience.
  • Possess GMP and LEAN knowledge.
  • Speak Danish and English fluently.

Moreover, you know managerial challenges and you are familiarized with complex processes and issues. If your team is not playing together as desired, you also know how to resolve conflicts and cooperation difficulties to ensure a safe psychological environment. You possess a well-developed, analytical mindset and utilize this to take data driven decisions and implement solutions.

About the Department
You will be part of Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) KA in Kalundborg. We are a support department in an aseptic filling factory, and we have a total of approx. 750 employees. We are a newer factory and are in an exciting phase where we continue to ramp up and at the same time work with stability and optimization. The factory works with the following processes: Environment, washing and sterilization, preparation, aseptic filling, freeze drying and inspection. Finally, we use LEAN as a key lever for continuous improvement. We always aspire to operate through effective, solid, and transparent processes allowing each colleague to deliver on the promise, meet quality standards while having fun.
