Four our Operation and Cost Management department we are looking for a new dedicated student worker to join are team in Vejle.

How to contribute to our vision
A s student you will support the Tower & Foundation organization and Cost Management Team, with but not limited to the following topics:

• Support Cost Manager and Expert with their daily tasks
• Development of PowerBI solution to reflect cost-saving initiatives
• Manage the portfolio planning process and provide administrative support
• Development and maintain a data source for tower cost out reporting
• Support preparation of reports of Cost Out activities for Steering committees
• Automize the data flow for reporting of tower cost out
• Oversee Workspace & Databases
• Development of training materials
• Development of PowerBI solution to reflect cost-saving initiatives per project
• Assist in meetings and workshops (e.g. planning, facilitation and minutes of meetings)
• Ad hoc tasks

What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for candidates who have good understanding on bridging the gaps between IT solutions and cost management. As Student Support, you are also expected to have good stakeholder management skills, a well-structured work approach and to contribute to a positive work environment by being open and positive to new ideas and changes.

To be successful in this role, you:

• Are Master’s degree student preferably in the first semester in business administration, economics, engineering or similar with good understanding of product development
• Are a proactive and flexible self-starter with an eye for details
• Are fluent in English both written and verbally
• Master Microsoft Office applications like Excel, Power Point and PowerBI
• Have good knowledge of project management fundamentals & tools
• Previous work experience as working student/intern would be preferable
• Have great analytical and research skills
• Have great communication skills to interact with stakeholders
• Available to support us with minimum 20 hours per week
