The team you will be part of
Our global IT function of +200 employees support the GN Group across the world, delivering business critical applications and infrastructure to manage the full value chain from manufacturing to sales and distribution for several of our subsidiaries. Group IT delivers development, maintenance, support, and operation of our IT products, services, and applications.

As our Senior Functional Consultant, you will be based at our global HQ located in Ballerup, Denmark and report to the Director of Supply Chain Solutions, Christian Vindegaard Grønberg.

Overall Supply Chain Solutions are responsible for delivering solutions to our supply and consists of 12 highly technical, passionate, and supportive colleagues – all are looking forward to welcoming you to the team.

Your contribution is appreciated…
We are currently moving GN Hearing ERP from Navision to D365FO at the same time continuously improving on the solution for GN Audio to make it fit for the future. A big part of this is using the advanced warehousing and manufacturing modules in D365FO and you will become a key person in that.

Your primary responsibility is to ensure that the application for GN Hearing is implemented successfully and delivers business value, while also delivering new and improved functionality for GN Audio. Moreover, you provide guidance to the organization for how the solution should be configured to fulfill business requirement and deliver value. This will require you to:

• Design, configure, test, deploy, and document warehousing and manufacturing solutions for GN Audio and GN Hearing
• Ensure the solutions are continuously improved and optimized
• Deliver advice to users and colleagues on how to benefit from using D365FO functionality
• Collaborate close with your team colleagues

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you are team-oriented and work independently, when required. You are ambitious, result-oriented with an open mind-set for collaborating. You have well developed stakeholder and project management abilities.

Furthermore, you are accountable and able to work in an organization in a rapidly changing environment and you are used to work Agile.

Moreover, we imagine that you have:

• Several years of experiences in AX (xx) and D365FO focusing on the supply chain
• Experience within either advanced warehousing, manufacturing, or MDM
• Are used to use ADO (Azure DevOps)
• A relevant educational background within Supply Chain, IT, Operations or other related field of study
• Fluently in written and spoken English.
