As the largest execution function, Transported by Maersk (TbM) Operations, carries the weight of responsibility for all aspects of execution across Ocean, Landside Transportation, Less-than-Container-Load (LCL), Depots, and Customs business. With all aspects of container logistics integrated within TbM Operations, it transforms into a dynamic hub of synergy to create a seamless and streamlined execution process to deliver exceptional service quality to our customers - characterised by speed, ease, and predictability.

In Operations Finance we work closely with the TbM Operations execution teams to ensure we deliver on our cost and productivity agenda, ultimately supporting our integrator vision. Key responsibilities
As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll collaborate closely with the rest of the team and your business stakeholders to drive Operations Finance objectives. You are also responsible for ensuring strong cost adherence and productivity focus across the TbM Operations execution teams.

Other responsibilities:

• Support global performance management processes.
• Enhance visibility for and establish additional key metrics.
• Promote best practice sharing across functions and geographies.
• Identify opportunities for further improving the business performance.

Who we are looking for
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of hands-on experience in a finance role, with a proven track record of providing data-driven insights and strategic support to business leaders.

You will have strong analytical skills and be able to dissect complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely will be essential in this role, as you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and optimization.
