About the team:
We are a global team of +40 employees working with various ERP/MES applications, and our new colleague will join a small informal, experienced and dedicated team located in Lynge, Denmark, supporting our business units in EMEA together with our colleagues in Germany and Singapore.

Organizationally, our team is anchored in IT Core Systems in Global IT. We are responsible for implementing and managing critical business applications across the entire value chain of WS Audiology.

We have started a major transformation project where we want to migrate our existing dispersed solution landscape focused on Dynamics AX to a solution map including Infor LN, 3Shape, Siemens OpCenter (Camstar) and Agile.

About the Role:
As a MES Senior Specialist on our team, you will be instrumental in assisting with the management of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) applications and guiding projects that enhance our operational productivity. As a MES Senior Specialist, you'll ensure the smooth functioning of MES applications, ensure deployment of updates/patches, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet project requirements. Responsibilities:
MES Application Support:

• Provide expert support for Manufacturing and Production modules within the MES system.
• Ensure availability of system and data for daily processing of work orders.
• Monitor and maintain the functionality of OpCenter (Camstar)/ETQ applications.
• Ensure availability of operation reports from OpCenter (Camstar).
• Provide support for integration and ITS applications, including MES Global template/Rollout CR.

Project Management:

• Oversee initiatives focusing on the introduction of new OpCenter (Camstar) modules or enhancements to the existing system.
• Gather requirements for operation process improvements and rollout into the Global Template.
• Coordinate the rollout of software enhancements and perform analysis on code quality.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align project requirements and manage delivery expectations.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from conception through commissioning.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Engage actively with internal stakeholders to gather system enhancement requirements and provide daily global MES system support.
• Participate in negotiations and resolve disputes between various stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the MES Global Team and external vendors/consultants.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
• Accumulated over 10 years of applied experience in various IT technical roles, including direct engagement with MES systems.
• Proficiency in system design, deployment, and delivery with a focus on IT solutions.
• Proficient in examining intricate business needs and creating effective strategies to address them.

Personal Competencies:

• Proficient in articulating intricate subjects with clarity and brevity.
• Demonstrated expertise in handling change requests (CRs) and overseeing projects, which includes establishing project schedules and aligning with stakeholder anticipations.
• Excellent teamwork and relationship-building skills.
