We are in the search of a new colleague to lead the Salesforce team of around 10 skilled developers and who will work as Salesforce Product Owner and own exciting solutions such as Sales, Service, CRM & Marketing automation.

Your new role | what will you do | lead the team own the platform
You own the Salesforce platform and lead the Salesforce team to translate product vision to user stories initiated by delivery team.

• Secure personnel growth and development plans for team members.
• Budget and contract ownership.
• Support the change to working fully in the SAFE framework
• Delivery responsible for the team activities
• Be part of the IT Management Team.
• Be part of the Telia Denmark transition to Norlys

You assist with identification of areas for improvement, detailed work in authoring user stories, working closely with technical leads/scrum teams to ensure the solution effectively addresses priorities, doing testing and overseeing tactical execution of efforts.

• Author and maintain the team’s backlog of user stories and serve as a subject matter expert on features, user stories, and product capabilities
• Serve as key resource to development team to answer questions, provide clarifications, and conduct and coordinate business validation
• Assess critical issues on existing processes, perform improvements to existing capabilities and communicate consistently and clearly with all concerned parties
• Define and develop milestones to ensure alignment and visibility for which features will be built when, to ensure timely delivery of the product roadmap
• Test and approve new features and solutions alongside Platform Owner
• Support and maintain current functionalities by working with IT to test solutions
• Make presentations for product and projects proposals including value and impact

Who you are | Salesforce hands on experience | stakeholder management

• You are an experienced people leader
• You have skills in Salesforce(Sales- and Service Cloud).
• The position requires ability to understand strategic impacts and concentrates on the day-to-day operations
• You are fluent in English and Danish language.
