About the Data & Insights Team
The Data & Insights Team is a group of 14 qualified professionals who provide crucial support to the department. Our primary mission is to empower functions and markets with data, analytics, insights, and project management support. We work closely with the Marketing, Commercial, and Customer Success Department and other cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and promote data-driven decision-making.

The role
As a Senior Data Analyst at 3Shape, you'll be an important part of leveraging data to unlock opportunities, create efficiencies, and support strategic initiatives across the organization. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, translating complex data into actionable insights that directly impact organizational goals. You'll take ownership of end-to-end analytics projects, leading the charge in harnessing data to ensure business growth.

As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for:
Comprehensive Analytics: Conduct in-depth cross-source analytics to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities, providing holistic overviews of key performance indicators and data flows.

Strategic Insight Generation: Elevate analysis to a strategic level, providing actionable insights that inform and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.

Project Leadership: Facilitate end-to-end analytics projects, from data collection and cleansing to analysis and presentation, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery of insights.

Collaborative Partnership: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translate them into insightful approaches, and deliver impactful insights that promote business value.

Data Visualization: Develop comprehensive reports, interactive dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate insights and facilitate data-driven decision-making across the organization.

What does it take to succeed?

• A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in positions working with data and analytics with proven experience in conducting advanced analytics, including statistical analysis, predictive modelling, and data mining techniques.
• Proficiency in relevant tools, languages, and software (e.g., SQL, Python, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), R, SPSS, etc.) with a clear ability to work with complex datasets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distil complex technical concepts into clear and actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset, with a demonstrated ability to think critically and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
