Business Analyst for Pension

BEC



This position is based at our friendly office in Roskilde and you will join Pension team in the omni channel domain.

As a business analyst in our Pension team, you will be in close dialogue with our customers about our deliveries and you will assist in ensuring that the solutions are up to date and stable. Furthermore, you will be participating in the daily support related work and test of the solutions together with the other business analysts in the team. At BEC, we work in a hybrid remote model, coming into the office 3 days a week and working remotely for 2 days.

Primary task and responsibilities include
:

In the position as business analyst, you will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders. Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Clarify and align expectations and requirements in relation to the needs of our customers in collaboration with the product owner
  • Translate business requirements into development tasks in close collaboration with the developers
  • Drive projects including ongoing clarifications and coordination
  • Secure that our solutions benefit the end user by taking part in planning and executing tests
  • Together with your colleagues handle incoming 1. and 2. level support for our customers and maintenance tasks

On top of that, we are looking for you who

  • has experience with, and an interest in, testing on Pension and helping us develop our test to the next level
  • (and / or) thrives with supporting our customers with 1. and 2. level support and ongoing improving of our systems

To succeed you will have:

Preferably, you have a background within a financial institution together with pension knowledge and you have an interest in also understanding the technical part of our solutions. You know how to communicate professionally with stakeholders at different levels and know how to apply your knowledge.
