Introduction to the Position
Are you interested in gaining insight into the rollout of global marketing campaigns and aiding colleagues in accessing necessary materials and information? We have an exciting student job opportunity available in the Project Management team at our Creative In-house Agency within the GN Hearing division.

Our Creative In-house Agency located at our headquarters in Ballerup, is responsible for developing campaigns and templates for our markets to use and translate when promoting our product solutions locally. We are looking for a student assistant that can help us give the best service to our colleagues by supporting the digital platforms that we own and use to share our campaigns and other kinds of marketing communication.

Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our platforms are user-friendly, and that content is easily accessible. As a student assistant, you will become an important part of our efforts in having smooth-running platforms. You will help manage our users, tag our materials with the right keywords, and make sure the elements are available for download or ordering.

The Team You Will be Part of
You will get the opportunity to join a dedicated, dynamic, and creative team consisting of Project Managers, Graphic Designers, Area Experts, and Copywriters. You will be exposed to an international environment, allowing you to gain experience in a global marketing department and collaborate with teams across the organization and the globe. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in various team activities, which may occasionally involve practical tasks and market contact.

Your Contribution is Appreciated, and You Will Be:

• Assisting in user management and daily maintenance of our Digital Asset Management system, Brand Portals, and online Marketing shop.
• Providing support and training to our markets in utilizing our platforms.
• Collecting, analyzing, and presenting download and ordering data.
• Contacting support teams if errors occur in our systems.
• Undertaking various ad-hoc tasks as required.
• Proofreading.

To Succeed in the Role, We Imagine That You:

• Are currently pursuing a degree in Marketing/Communication studies, or a related field.
• Has experience with online platforms.
• Possesses advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrates systematic and tech-savvy abilities.
• Are fluent in English and possesses good communication skills.
• Are open-minded, energetic, flexible, a team player and willing to learn.
